There is a limit of one registration per household and per mailing address. All applications are processed by Smugglers Grill and Bar or their agent. In the event that a registration is declined, reasons will be given and the decision will be final.
Registered users are required to submit valid email addresses and personal information. This is for fraud prevention reasons and the data is kept securely in accordance with the Smugglers Privacy Policy.
Any abuse will result in your registration being suspended, disabled or terminated. Abuse includes attempting to sign up for multiple accounts to gain access to a greater number of vouchers or any fraudulent activity, such as attempting to change the value of a voucher or participating in purchasing or redemption fraud. Fraud is a crime.
Registration for the birthday club must be made at least four weeks prior to the birthday club date for a voucher to be issued.
3. Intellectual Property
The content of this site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Subject to these terms and conditions, you are permitted to print or download content from this site if it for your personal use only and is not used for any commercial reason (providing you keep intact any copyright and proprietary notices). Original vouchers must be presented and are invalid if altered, copied, damaged or defaced.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used at Smugglers Grill and Bar. They can be used in full or part payment for food and drink and are valid for 6 months when loaded. Gift cards should be treated as cash; Smugglers Grill and Bar cannot reimburse monies lost due to mislaid, stolen or damaged cards.
Birthday Club Vouchers
For fraud prevention purposes, there are limits to the number of times each Birthday Club voucher can be viewed by each registered user. So you should take care to ensure that you can print the voucher before attempting to view it.
If the number of views exceeds three times then there will be no option to view the voucher again.
Only one Birthday Club voucher can be redeemed per household.
5. Our responsibility to you and your responsibility to us
If either of us is breach of these terms and conditions, we will only be responsible to eachother for any losses and costs that are suffered as a result, and to the extent, that they are a forseeable consequence to both of us at the time you use the site or order a voucher.
This does not limit or affect liability for death or personal injury or for fraud.
Neither of us shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If there are any issues that arise between us, we will each try to resolve them amicably. However, if we cannot, we agree that we shall try to resolve them using the English courts.
6. Cocktails
To send a cocktail to a friend, you will need to submit your friends' email address(s) and a message from you. Please ensure that you have your friends' permission before you submit their details. Your friends' contact details will not be stored by Smugglers Grill and Bar and they will not receive any promotional information from Smugglers Grill and Bar unless they register and opt in.
